I have to give the staff a Big Shout Out: Tyrese, Daniel the Hispanic gentleman and Mike. They came my rescue Wednesday afternoon. I got overheated being a prediabetic didn't help. I begin to feel faint and they caught me as I was trying to get inside the building to cool off. They were able to assist me twice. Three stayed with me and Daniel and the other gentleman kept checking on me. The second time, Daniel took the wheel and finished my vehicle, while Michael brought me a cool towel. I am so Grateful for their assistance and I enjoyed the car wash. I will be back. To Big Drip you have an amazing staff

Not the level of cleaning I expected from a top level wash. It half way cleaned the back of our van.

Have been very pleased by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the carwash services. The new look is a big upgrade from Anthony’s which was already a great carwash! Have experienced a few headaches with the scanner/license plate reader for the scrub club, but the employees and manager(Daniel?) are very friendly and quick to respond and help out. Love this local car wash and would highly recommend it!

I decided to join the Monthly Scrub Club, it was my first time ever getting a membership for car washing services, I’m so glad I did. The customer service experience was top notch everyone was so friendly and professional. The drive through car wash experience was amazing, my son loved the tunnel light show. The vacuum station Wow!!! I was blown away, glass cleaner, all purpose cleaner, car air freshener spray, towels, air sprayer to get hard to reach areas, two vacuums with different attachments etc. the list goes on. Thank You Big Drip for an excellent first time experience you guys have the best Drive Through Car Wash I have ever experienced.

I canceled my two cars today. I had already been considering canceling for a while due to inconsistent and poor cleaning quality. After the recent ownership/management transfer, membership prices were increased without any discussion or prior notice, which was disappointing. The wash itself is not impressive, even the wheels are not cleaned or shining at all. For a paid membership, I expected better communication and better service. Unfortunately, this confirmed my decision to cancel. UPDATE (Billing Clarification): I’m updating my review after the business’s public response to clarify one important point with documentation. The statement that my membership only increased by $1.89/month is only partially accurate and does not reflect the total increase across both vehicles. Here is the actual breakdown based on my billing records: • Vehicle #1: $19.99 → $21.88 (+$1.89) • Vehicle #2: $14.99 → $21.88 (+$6.89) Total monthly increase: $8.78, not $1.89. I’ve attached screenshots showing my November charge of $14.99 for the second vehicle to support this update. To be clear, my original review was not about amenities or upgrades. It was about pricing changes without clear notice
